"You Are Too Old For Mini Skirts, and Those Ugly Boots."
Those were the lovely words of my mother lol. I recently just turned *cough, cough* 26 years old. My mother has been constantly reminding me that I am no longer young and that I am too old to dress in mini skirts, short dresses, leggings, and the list goes on. I don't know why my mother feels the need to hate on my wardrobe. I may be getting older but I will not give up on these items of clothing. They seriously like define me as a person. I guess she wont ever understand.
Anyway, yesterday my great friend took me out for my Birthday and this is what I wore.
Happy Birthday! I'm 27 and right there rocking the short dresses and leggings with you. I think with age just comes the knowledge of when such things are appropriate and when to dress more conservative. At 20 I thought a mini-dress was good for a job interview, lol
girl you carry on wearing those "mini skirts and ugly boots" you look good, if your mother saw me lord knows what she would say i am at the door of 30 and still rock that look! #toolegittoquit!
First let me say you look amazing, i thought u were 20!!! lol you are really rocking this outfit. Especially that skirt. Your fashion is refreshing and i love it!

Hi! I just found your blog! I love the last entry in your blog, the T-cross with great skirt! where are you from? trisha I'm from spain and here we have no curves just clothes .. designers do not like us .. we have to buy everything online! Hope you pass!
You look great! I'm a 50-year-old professional and I still wear minis, tights and boots, and I get compliments all the time. I work in a young industry and it would be bad for my career to dress like an old broad. Keep on keepin on. Although as you approach 30, smaller burgers are probably a good idea ;)
